Day 19 Great call today on the Zoom Zoom! I will post the video at the bottom of this email. My big take-away was to
keep this simple. I have given you a lot of information over the past 19 days. So let's take a step back and remember some basics. 1. Routine is the most important thing. If you have one thing that you walk away with is to just stick to a routine. 2. MTOs- This is my favorite success tool. Success begets Success, right? You know when you do one thing right it builds momentum to do another or to keep going. It is always easier to keep going than to get started. Minimum- set a min goal such as, "I will drink warm lemon water today." Target- set a target goal such as, "I will drink warm lemon water and stick to my routine." Outrageous- set an outrageous goal such as, "I will drink warm lemon water, stick to my routine, and eat a healthy meal at lunch today." Then you feel good about your accomplishment no matter what! When I show up for track workouts on Wednesday mornings, I always have a MTO in my mind.
Showing up is Minimum. This is the hardest part! It is cold or hot or early--whatever BS
excuse I have in my mind. So showing up is half the battle.
Target I will complete half the workout.
Outrageous is to complete the whole gig. 99% of the time I get to outrageous! It feels so
damn good! I may not be the fastest but I will show up and give it all I have. That is
winning! That is success every time. You can do this.
It is baby steps done little by little lead to big impact!

P.S. When you "fail" this is just new information. I ate this morning too early (off
routine) so I could see it as a failure or new information. I learned how it affected
my body all day. Listen to your body. It is just information to learn more. The only
rule I have is to know "I AM OK!" NO BEATING YOURSELF UP it is truly
counter-productive to raising your energy-vibration. I AM OK!
