Have you ever been awake at 4 am and asked any of these questions? These questions are inherently in-grained in our DNA. I certainly have! I have searched high and low for these answers. So in all my searching for answers and seeking to know the truth trying to stay on a spiritual path, I have found a few clues. I have learned what God not! God is not a Santa Figure in the sky passing out answered prayers like a candy machine. This is NOT my idea of God!

God is not a judge sitting on a throne in the heavens casting stones or throwing bones
to all the good little girls and boys.
I have also learned that sometimes when my prayers are not answered in the exact way
I wanted it is actually for my own good. I always say, Rejection is Protection! There is
always a reason!
This is happening FOR ME not TO ME!
Who is God? And, how do I get my prayers answered?
You are God. Yes, YOU! You come from God, so how could you be anything other than
your source. You are a piece of God that is here to remember there is no separation. It
is all energy. You are energy. God is energy. When we tune in to our Source or God, we
remember we are one with that source.
When I meditate, I imagine my breath going in and out and then a thought pops up, and
I like to imagine it is like the evening news scrolling on the bottom of my screen. I am
choosing not to read/engage in the thought. I come back to breath Remembering
thoughts are things.
When I focus on expanding my energy to receive the infinite goodness, I am connecting
to goodness or Godness. As my consciousness is expanded my connection to Source
is felt! It is like tuning into your favorite radio station or tv show. Remember when we
had an antenna!
Well, you may not, but I do! My dad used to tune it by reaching out the window and
turning it to one direction or the next. Yes, I lived in the country without cable! There are
a lot of lessons learned by Not having cable as a kid. I can fine tune my connection just
as you can! Tune into Your Source; Your God! Feel the Love. Feel the Power.
"Consciousness moves energy into form." as stated in my new favorite book by Mike
Dooley and Sara Landon, The Dream, The Journey, Eternity, and God. It is a
Must-read if you are on the journey to Self-Realization. This book is a channeled book

just as the teachings of Seth and The Course in Miracles. So anyhoo, if you are drawn

Sara channels the teachings and tells us that God is pure Source energy and light. God
is love. These things we already know. God is a vibration. My message is simply a
reminder to you about how much power You have!
Experience the joy!
Experience the love!
Follow the energy! It is telling you what to do!
Feel into your whole-Self! Feel into your God-Self. This is Self-Energy! This is healing!

BTW I finished the Monterey Bay 1/2 marathon last Sunday after my back went out
Thursday and I could not even walk 3 ft. YES! This was a God-thing. Believe in the
