1/2 through Day 2 How are you feeling? You are looking fabulous! I can feel your energy from here. You are vibrating
high sisters! Journal and reflect on how you are feeling. What thoughts are dominating your mind. Do you have any cravings? I know there are some little dark chocolate treats in the pantry calling me right now. Instead of just ignoring the call, I am listening to what my body really needs. I made some warm lime water and ginger and wrote about the little habits that take me off my path. So here is an invitation for you.

Here are the recipes for you by Laura Plumb.
SeasonalFruit Compote
2 apples
1 pear
1 orange (peeled)
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 teaspoon seasonal blend (I will write on the bottom)
2 cups berries or dried fruit
1/2 cup water
Core the apples and pear and chop into small pieces.
Slice the orange.
Melt the ghee with the spices and saute' for 1 min. Add the fruit and coat with the ghee.
Then add the water allowing it to come to a boil then turn down to simmer 5 min. Serve
warm.
Autumn spices
1 Tbl ground ginger
1 Tbl ground fenugreek
1 Tbl ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp grated nutmeg
Put together in a jar and cover and shake. Store in cool, dry place.
One more fun warm breakfast recipe is Laura's
Amaranth Chia Porridge
1 Tbl Ghee
1 tsp Autumn Spices
1/2 tsp ground cloves
pinch pink salt
1 cup amaranth
2 cups almond milk
1 apple (cored and chopped)
1 tsp flaxseed
Melt the ghee and stir in the spices.
Stir in the amaranth, almond milk, apple, flaxseed, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 min until amaranth is fluffy and the
water is absorbed.
I think this would be great with the fruit compote.
