I keep harping on digestion because it is the root of all Dis-Ease. How is your poop?
Pay attention! You should be going to the bathroom within an hour of of waking.
Is it long like a banana deep brown? Or floating and loose? This matters! Rabbit pellets
indicates dry constipation. You need some ghee to add to the moisture of your digestion
system. I know it is gross. It just matters. Let's talk about it.
On the call Wednesday, I am going to show you how I make kitchari (Indian Version of
Grandma's chicken's soup without the chicken.) It is so yummy and nourishing you will
think you have a gourmet meal. I will also show you how I make ghee.
