Do you know the kind of person you want to become? After all this is a becoming
journey of life!
I am constantly trying to become just a little better each day. You know the 1% rule~ It is
human nature to believe that it takes massive action to create massive change. Actually
exactly the opposite is true. Taking tiny steps daily leads to growth that overtime makes
all the difference.
My friend, James Clear who I have talked about a lot. Here is a an exert from one of his

“Improving by 1 percent isn’t particularly notable—sometimes it isn’t even
noticeable—but it can be far more meaningful, especially in the long run. The difference
a tiny improvement can make over time is astounding. Here’s how the math works out: if

Continue to pay attention to tiny habits daily. Watch your elimination and how you are
feeling as you are changing your eating habits. The foundation of Ayurveda is routine.
You can heal the body with the basics of going to bed/getting up on a routine. Eating on
a regular schedule. Drinking plenty of water/lime/lemon throughout the day. Eating and
drinking for your body type. These are simple habits to accumulate over time for big
impact.
