Day 16 Yoga and Ayurveda actually have the same goal--SELF-REALIZATION!. The big difference is yoga is about the
psycho-spiritual approach and Ayurveda is a physico-physiological. Yoga says the cause of dis-Ease is due to Chitta, mind stuff... Ayurveda says it is an imbalance in the constitution of the body (vata, kapha, pitta). I believe it is both. They cannot be separated. The mind stuff-anxiety, depression, thoughts, feelings, and emotions contribute to our physical pains. And, our foods either help or hinder our health as we have been learning. This leads me to the Enneagram. WHAT? I know right! How we experience the world through our personality matters. 8,9,1s go-to emotion is anger and are gut-centered. 2,3,4s go-to emotion is fear and are heart-centered. 5, 6, 7s go-to emotion is anxiety and head-centered. How you experience an event impacts your body. Crisis event happens; you experience through your Enneagram eyes. The mind responds according to the habit of the personality. The body follows the mind/thoughts. So the mind stuff creates the imbalance. We can treat with yoga. Be Here Now. We can treat with foods to balance the body. We can treat with loving kindness and compassion for all the PARTS that show up to protect us from being overwhelmed.
We can sit with what comes up and love all the PARTS that are working so incredibly
hard to keep you safe.
Know you are love and there are NO BAD PARTS. Ayurveda, Yoga, and the Enneagram
are all tools to bring you to Self-Realization--YOU ARE LOVE!

Repeat as you fall asleep tonight. This is the most powerful time of the day to do this
work. You are reprogramming the Subconscious Mind which is running the show 97% of
the time. The conscious mind is only in charge 2-4% of the time. Listen to a meditation
as you fall asleep. The brain listens and will go out and find the evidence the next day to
show you. It is so freaking awesome to heal limiting beliefs in this way!
