Here's your recipe book

  • Here is the recipe book so that you can add any items that you'll need to your grocery
  • list. Make sure you have these items on hand so that we can begin on Sunday.

  • If at all possible, block your calendar for at least 20 minutes daily to have rest time
  • in the afternoon and allow your body to take in the goodness. We will practice
  • mindfulness, rest, yoga, simply being present.
