- I'm looking forward to the Summer Cleanse starting this Sunday and I wanted to make
- sure you had all the information so you are set up for success!
- Here is the recipe book so that you can add any items that you'll need to your grocery
- list. Make sure you have these items on hand so that we can begin on Sunday.

- If at all possible, block your calendar for at least 20 minutes daily to have rest time
- in the afternoon and allow your body to take in the goodness. We will practice
- mindfulness, rest, yoga, simply being present.
