[3 Day Cleanse] Day 1 Hi [FIRST NAME GOES HERE], I am so excited about the Cleanse! We begin tomorrow morning. I will

be sharing how I make the soup and some other fun recipes. For breakfast tomorrow, you can have fresh fruit or simple rolled oats with nuts and seeds. I sweeten with a dash of maple syrup for Pitta. I also sent you a yummy smoothie to try. Remember the only guidelines are for the 3 days No meat No wheat No gluten No processed sugar No dairy--I have lots of substitutes for you No caffeine-or at least try to limit to one cup a day You can eat all the fresh fruits and veggies that are in summer season.
