[3 Day Cleanse] Day 1: The Replay is ready! Hi [FIRST NAME GOES HERE], Thanks so much for joining me today. We cover

the basics of Ayurveda including your dosha, tongue scrapping in the morning to get the ama, poison out of your mouth that leads to dis-Ease. You can also put a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 5-7 minutes to pull toxins out of the body. You will feel it pull in your lips. Then drink a tablespoon of ghee followed by some lukewarm water with lime or lemon. I also take Triplala 2x a day to help with elimination. I do drink a 1/2 cup black coffee (this is my one vice I have a hard time giving up) although this morning I did not even finish my 1/2 cup. I think I may be close to breaking this habit! Little by little I have been drinking less and less. I did this when I gave up sugar--I used smaller and smaller amounts until I was totally off of it. Chia Pudding 1/2 c chai seeds 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/4 c coconut or plant-based milk Seal the jar and let stand overnight. I add whatever fruit that sounds yummy the next day when I am ready to eat it. Chia is great for cleansing the colon and are calming to Pitta. Enjoy this as a snack or breakfast.

Ok you are set for the rest of the day! Eat as much of the soup, steamed veggies, salad,
or fruits. You can add a plant-based milk to your Basmati rice and add coconut, fruit, or
veggies for breakfast.

Meet Your Inner Saboteur (and why they’re not your enemy)

That part says:

“This is too much.” “You’re not ready.” “What if they find out you’re not good enough?” “Who do you think you are?” It’s not random. It’s a hardwired protective strategy from your past. saboteur archetype show her face?

  • Just tired
  • When I moved to Atlanta and got my first big job, I was so excited! I was making more money
  • than I had ever made (it really was not that much but it was a lot to me). I worked so hard to
  • ensure everyone knew I was “earning” that money. I was the first one in the office and often the
  • last to leave even on Friday nights when everyone else bolted the door at 4:30. I would still be
  • at work at 7:00 trying to get it all done. I was caught up in the hustle, the grind, the narrative of
  • “if its going to be it is up to me.”
  • That narrative led to burnout, illness, poor habits, and a self-loathing. I was not happy. I was
  • working so hard and still felt unfilled.
  • Structure:
  • Open with a quiet, relatable story: a moment of spiraling or inner chaos (real or
  • composite).
  • Offer the reframe: “What if your body isn’t overreacting—it’s remembering?”
  • Introduce the nervous system lens + a simple grounding practice (like “Stop, Drop, and
  • Roll”).
  • Close with a gentle call to reflection or sharing.

  • It is all about the story we tell.
  • Last week I was with a friend playing golf. She had some amazing shots. Her drives were a
  • country mile long. We laughed and told silly stories and enjoyed the day.
  • Afterward we were reviewing our scores which were not very good, she begrudgingly got up and
  • said something that broke my heart.
  • She was going home to tell her husband how awful she played. Her shoulders slumped and her
  • face looked more like Eeyore than the happy friend who I watched play all day.

I stopped her in her tracks. Hold up; Wait just a minute young lady!
That is NOT the story to take home. I want you to march in that door and tell your husband how
far you drove the ball and about your amazing putts. Tell him how many times you laughed out
loud and how much fun you had today.
She stopped and turned to look at me with a huge smile. You are right. I did hit the ball a long
way and had a great day. Thank you for helping me refocus my mind.

When your Belief System is out of alignment, everything is out of alignment.
Flip your script.

Start telling a new story. You get what you focus on whether you want it or not. Focus on
scarcity and that is what will show up. "I don’t have money. I don’t have time. I don’t have
_____.” You fill it in. This is exactly what will be mirrored back to you.
Look around right now.
Look at the abundance in your life.
Look at how many people love you.
Look at how healthy you are.
Feeling into this gratitude for what you have rather than what is missing.
A grateful heart always attracts more to be grateful for!
