your tongue before drinking anything. Then drink a little warm water with lemon or lime. For breakfast tomorrow, you can have any fruits that sound yummy to you. You can also enjoy the yummy oatmeal or chia pudding. Sometimes I even mix them with the fruit. I'll be live on zoom today at 12 pm est to answer your questions about the 3 Day Cleanse!
