Therapy: Healing the Past Therapy is focused on understanding and healing past wounds, trauma, and emotional patterns that may be affecting your present life. Where there is drama, there is unresolved trauma! This involves deep inner work, exploring childhood experiences, and addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. This is also where we look at alignment of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Why do you do what you do! Therapy is helpful if you: ✔ Need to process trauma or unresolved emotional pain ✔ Struggle with anxiety, depression, or emotional regulation ✔ Want to understand the root causes of your patterns ✔ Need support in healing past experiences Coaching: Creating the Future Coaching is action-oriented and future-focused with results. It’s about identifying where you are, clarifying where you want to go, and creating a strategy to get there. Coaching helps shift limiting beliefs, build confidence, and move into inspired action. You either have reasons or results. You cannot have both!
