hairy audacious goal that is driving my behaviors. Here is the thing, big goals require big change. And, guess what change can be hard! We all want things to be better. If only I had... my life would be better. Can you name that one thing that would make your life less frustrating? Do you know what makes you feel alive and powerful? What if I gave you a magic wand and you had 3 wishes. Name them. Be honest with yourself. "New goals don't deliver new results. New lifestyles do. And a lifestyle is a process, not an outcome. For this reason, your energy should go into building better habits, not chasing better results." ~James Clear So what one small shift can you make today to build a better habit? For example, can you commit to 7-10 minutes? Come on! You can do it. Here are 3 tips to shift into better habits that lead to results-- 5-7 minutes of meditation shifts your energy into the present moment

10 minutes of walking helps you feel grounded+bonus points if you are barefoot
2 minutes of deep breathing settles your nervous system
Try one of these activities for 7 days and let me know just what results you get.
